Guy Chetwynd has been appointed as Vice President of Culture & Experience at Long Weekend

Hospitality group Long Weekend announced today the addition of Guy Chetwynd as Vice President of Culture & Experience to their senior leadership team. This new appointment further solidify Long Weekend's commitment to develop a collection of intimate and immersive resorts in unexpected destinations.

With more than 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Guy Chetwynd joins the Long Weekend team as Vice President of Culture & Experience. In his new role, Chetwynd will oversee operations and staffing across all Long Weekend properties to ensure that internal culture and guest experience are best in class.

Coming from Soho House & Co, Chetwynd spent fifteen years with the company. His tenure began with a move to New York from London to open Soho House New York. As House Manager, he created the foundation of the hospitality experience for the Soho House Group in North America. Chetwynd then managed the launch of Soho Beach House in Miami. Most recently Guy served as Director of Operations for the Central region overseeing properties in Toronto, Chicago, Miami as well as developing Soho House's in Nashville, Austin and Canouan in St. Vincent and The Grenadines. In his most recent role, Chetwynd managed a team of more than 600 employees.
