Danitra Clare

The Shore Club Turks & Caicos, owned and operated by The Hartling Group, is pleased to announce that human resources leader Danitra Clare will be rejoining the property on October 10 as HR Director. Danitra worked at The Shore Club from 2018-2021 before joining the opening team at The Ritz-Carlton, Turks and Caicos. After nearly a year, she is returning to The Shore Club and The Hartling Group in this newly created leadership position.

Born and raised in Turks and Caicos, Danitra brings local knowledge and perspective, in addition to nearly a decade of skilled human resources experience, to the position. As HR Director, she will be responsible for the operations of the resort's human resources department, including employee relations, talent acquisition and development, and any HR support that sister properties, The Palms and The Sands, may need.

For the last year, Danita was part of the opening team at The Ritz-Carlton, Turks and Caicos as Director of Human Resource Operations. Ahead of that, she spent nearly three years at The Shore Club as Assistant Manager of Human Resources. Previously, she worked in various HR roles both in Turks and Caicos and in London, gaining her unmatched local and global experience.
