Juan Marsh has been appointed as Cluster Training Manager. at Days Hotel by Wyndham Deira
Marsh in his role will manage all learning and development functions within the property. He will coordinate department trainers to instil Wyndham's own staffing standards; and also ensure staff are given the best chance to increase their skills.
Prior to joining the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts group, Marsh was a member of the Jumeirah Group in the UAE from 2004 to 2021. His responsibilities included training and coaching individuals, as well as building a skilled, vibrant and agile workforce.
The nearby Wyndham Dubai Deira is also falling under his remit.
