Brent Lessing has been appointed as Chief Information and Digital Officer at Omni Hotels & Resorts
Since joining Omni Hotels & Resorts in 2019 as chief information officer, Brent Lessing has led the Information Technology team, and made strides in improving the company's core infrastructure to move to cloud-based technologies. In his new role as chief information and digital officer, Brent's responsibilities will expand to include CRM and loyalty, and developing the brand's digital strategy to improve the guest experience.
Brent holds dual degrees in business administration and management from the University of Phoenix, and an MBA with a specialty in leadership from Walden University. He also completed the Wharton School's Executive Education Program.
