Natalie White has been appointed as Vice President of CRM & Loyalty at Omni Hotels & Resorts

New to Omni Hotels & Resorts and the Information Technology team, Natalie White has been appointed to vice president of CRM & loyalty. In this role, Natalie will be responsible for refining and leading Omni's loyalty and customer relationship management programs to drive engagement, focus on growing customer lifetime value, and increase revenues.

Prior to joining Omni Hotels & Resorts, Natalie worked as a consultant, where she was responsible for creating loyalty, digital, and eCommerce strategies.

At the start of her career, Natalie worked her way up on the operations side of the hotel business before moving to her true passion of marketing. Previously, she has held marketing leadership roles at Wyndham Worldwide, Kimpton Hotels & Resorts, Vino Volo, and Aimbridge Hospitality.

Natalie grew up in North Dakota and, mostly to escape the cold, she headed south to attend New Mexico State University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing and hotel & restaurant management. While growing up, the golden rule was deeply instilled in her, a value that Natalie still believes and exercises through her leadership.
