Michael Kreiling has been appointed as Executive Chef at Qasr Al Sarab Desert Resort by Anantara
Qasr Al Sarab Desert Resort by Anantara has brought in a new executive chef. Michael Kreiling brings 25 years of luxury hospitality experience to the plate.
From Frankfurt, Kreiling began his career as sous chef of Speisemeisterei in Stuttgart, then a Michelin two-starred restaurant and one of Germany's top 10 fine-diners. He left Germany to work as a chef on a cruise liner, later joining Hyatt Hotels, where he spent 10 years rising through the ranks.
Following Hyatt, he worked with Kempinski Ajman as executive chef and culinary master chef, heading up 12 outlets. He later moved to Kempinski Hotel Beijing Lufthansa Centre to lead eight outlets, 10 conference rooms and 1,350 sq m of ballroom space.
