Vijay Bussa has been appointed as F&B manager at Retreat Palm Dubai MGallery by Sofitel

Previously, Busa was F&B operations manager for Anantara The Palm Dubai, staying with the popular Thai property for four years. He was also outlet manager for the resort for three years. Before Minor Group, he was assistant restaurant manager with Madinat Jumeirah, working his way up from team leader and restaurant supervisor.
