Maurice Fitzgerald

Maurice Fitzgerald first joined the property in 2014 as executive chef, at the time leading 110 chefs and 3,000 daily covers. During this stint, he helped to create the brand's very first culinary book. This is his first role on the operational side of F&B. He began his career in Ireland, before coming to Dubai to join Jumeirah in 2004, where he spent almost a decade at Jumeirah Beach Hotel and Madinat Jumeirah.
