Cosimo Lardo has been promoted to Director of Food & Beverage at Four Seasons Hotel Kuwait at Burj Alshaya

Now enjoying his fourth international assignment outside of his home country of Italy, Cosimo's first step on his career ladder with Four Seasons came in 2010 at Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire, before subsequent posts in the Maldives and Costa Rica brought him to Kuwait to join the pre-opening team of his current property. His steady rise through the ranks is testament to a strong work ethic but also that of patience and dedication. Lardo has achieved notable success in steadily growing the reputation of the Hotel's signature restaurants Sintoho and Dai Forni as Kuwait City's premier dining spots.
