Flattley meanwhile will head up 11 restaurants, leveraging his 20 years of culinary experience. He has previously worked with Le Meridian Heathrow, The Savoy Hotel, Scotland, JW Marriott Baku, Intercontinental Muscat, and the last being Bay La Sun & Marina in Jeddah.
