Terry Sanders has been appointed as Regional Vice President at Extended Stay America, Inc.

Sanders will be responsible for continuing Extended Stay America's franchise development throughout the Western United States. Prior to joining Extended Stay America, Sanders was Executive Vice President of Aimbridge Hospitality. He grew the company's portfolio through mergers and acquisitions of new and existing hotel owners and private equity funds, real estate investment trusts (REITs) and asset managers. Sanders has held senior development positions at several major hotel brands, including Radisson and Wyndham, as well as brokerage groups throughout his career.
