Mark Starkey has been appointed as General Manager at The Belsfield
The Belsfield Hotel, a four-star luxury boutique hotel located on the shores of Lake Windermere in the Lake District, has appointed Mark Starkey as General Manager.
Mark brings over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry having led high performing teams in the UK and across the globe. Mark joins The Belsfield from his most recent role as General Manager at Grosvenor Pulford Hotel & Spa in Chester and prior to that, Mark worked for Jupiter Hotels and Crerar Hotels in the UK, and Sandals Resort International in the Caribbean as Hotel Manager.
The Grade II listed hotel, situated in the resort town of Bowness-on-Windermere in the Lake District, boasts 62 bedrooms, including 25 lake view rooms overlooking the breath-taking scenery as it sits amongst six acres of landscaped gardens with unrivalled views over England's largest lake.
