Hussain Dagher has been appointed as Executive Chef at Al Raha Beach Resort
Al Raha Beach Resort in Abu Dhabi has appointed Hussain Dagher as its executive chef. Dagher was previously executive Oriental chef at Bab Al Shams Desert Resort, which has now temporarily closed for refurbishment.
The dining venues at Al Raha Beach Hotel include La Piscine Pool Bar & Restaurant, the exquisite Azur, the Arabian-styled Wasanah, the Al Manzil Clubhouse, and Sevilla.
Dagher brings almost 30 years of culinary experience to the plate, having worked across Lebanon, England, Germany, Spain and the UAE. Much of his Dubai experience has been spent at Jumeirah Group, where he started out as a demi chef de partie for Jumeirah Beach Hotel.
He continued to rise through the group, holding positions at Jumeirah Souk Madinat, Jumeirah Mina A'Salam and eventually the flagship Burj Al Arab Jumeirah.
While there, he served as head chef and then executive Oriental chef before moving on to Accor.
