Jeffrey George has been appointed as Director of Food and Beverage at Valley Forge Casino Resort

Director of Food and Beverage, Jeffrey George, brings with him extensive experience in the industry, having a longstanding career serving as a consultant in the areas of operations, strategy, finance and analytics within the hospitality market, as well as experience within startups and as a small business owner. Prior to joining Valley Forge Casino Resort, George was owner of Too Cool Café, an upscale boutique restaurant located in Indian Harbour Beach, Florida. He also served as Director of Food & Beverage, and later VP of Food & Beverage at Mohegan Sun Pocono Resort & Casino in Wilkes-Barre, PA, we well as various leadership roles at Sam's Town Hotel Casino in Shreveport, Louisiana.
