Robin Solomon has been appointed as General Manager at Ibis Styles Dubai Deira
Robin Solomon has commenced his first general manager role after more than 20 years of working within Accor. With the opening of Ibis Styles Dubai Deira, Solomon now serves as GM of the new hotel, along with his existing Aparthotel Adagio in the same area.
Solomon began with the French hotel major in 2000 as a senior duty manager at Sofitel Palm Resort in Malaysia. From there, he worked as a front office manager in Bahrain, assistant director of sales in Dubai, and then a string of increasingly-senior roles in the emirate.
Holding titles such as residence manager, hotel director and hotel manager, Solomon is now a general manager for the first time.
Robin Solomon is an alumnus of IMI International Management Institute Switzerland – Class of 1996.
