Hany Samuel has been appointed as General Manager at C Central Resort the Palm

Beachfront property C Central Resort The Palm has brought in fresh leadership. Hany Samuel steps into the general manager role from First Central Hotel Suites within the same group.

Samuel brings more than 22 years of hospitality experience to the role covering different areas, including international operations, management systems, and employee relations. C Central Resort The Palm also said in a statement he is experienced in pre-openings, openings, takeovers, rebrandings and policies and processes.

In 2006, Samuel joined the Al Bustan Centre & Residence here in Dubai as a front office manager, later moving to his home country of Egypt as a front office supervisor within Jaz Hotels. Staying with the group for four years, he left as a deputy hotel manager.

He went on to further familiarise himself with the Middle East, working in KSA with Movenpick Hotels. By 2008, he was the front office manager of the Movenpick in El Quesir in Egypt again, handling a team of 22.

In 2012, he became the rooms division director for Sonesta Collection in Egypt, returning to Saudi a year later as director of rooms for a Movenpick property in Riyadh. Staying within Accor, he became director of operations at the Mercure Barsha Heights hotel in Dubai, overseeing 1,015 keys.

His most recent position was as GM for First Central Hotel Suites.
