Nethmina Kariyawasam has been promoted to Area Director of E-commerce and Distribution at Anantara hotels in Abu Dhabi
Anantara hotels in Abu Dhabi now have a new area director of e-commerce and distribution. Nethmina Kariyawasam has stepped into the role, having previously exceeded his targets at other Anantara properties.
Kariyawasam now works across Qasr Al Sarab Desert Resort by Anantara, Royal Pavilion Villas by Qasr Al Sarab, Anantara Eastern Mangroves Hotel and Anantara Sir Bani Yas Island Resorts. He brings more than nine years of e-commerce experience to his new role at Anantara Abu Dhabi, following several positions within Anantara Hotels & Resorts across Oman, Mauritius and Seychelles.
In his most recent role before joining Anantara hotels in Abu Dhabi, he was responsible for digital plans in a surplus of US$15 million in annual revenue as cluster e-commerce and distribution manager.
