Ennismore has promoted Emmanuele Fiorito to food and beverage operations manager at Hyde Hotel Dubai. Fiorito now oversees all F&B outlets in the hotel, previously serving as general manager of Katsuya.
Alongside Katsuya - which serves modern Japanese cuisine - there is also Hudson Tavern, Mediterranean-inspired Cleo, and The Perq café.
The Italian has worked in Dubai since 2015, joining Jumeirah as assistant restaurant manager of Segreto in Madinat Jumeirah. He later moved to Jumeirah Emirates Towers as restaurant manager at FLOW.
From there, he joined Emaar as restaurant manager of Cova in Dubai Mall, before joining Address Downtown Dubai as restaurant manager for the Solutions Leisure Group outlet STK. His most recent position before joining Ennismore was with W Dubai - The Palm as venue manager of Torno Subito.
