Kit Pappas has been named Vice President of Asset Performance-East at Peregrine Hospitality

Adding to its team of accomplished hospitality executives, KSL Resorts has announced the appointment of Kit Pappas as its vice president of asset performance-east. In his new role, Pappas is charged with overseeing operations of KSL Resort's East Coast portfolio, including Camelback Resort and Blue Mountain Resort - both in the Pocono Mountains in Pennsylvania.

According to Scott Dalecio, president and chief executive officer of KSL Resorts - which manages world-class destination resorts, hotels and high adventure experiences - Pappas is a collaborative leader who will work closely with hotel teams to ensure a strong and productive company culture.

A 35-year hospitality industry veteran, Pappas was most recently the principal of Orlando-based Richmond Street Hospitality. He was also vice president of hotel management for Tavistock Development Company and spent 11 years with Capella Hotel Group, culminating his tenure there as chief operating officer. Additionally, he has extensive executive level expertise working for such high-profile brands as The Ritz-Carlton Company and Hard Rock Hotels - and throughout his career has been involved in the opening and transition of over 50 hotels domestically and international ly.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in hotel, restaurant and institutional management from Michigan State University.
