Sidi Fikri has been appointed as Executive Assistant Manager at Al Raha Beach Hotel
Al Raha Beach Hotel in Abu Dhabi has bolstered its leadership team with a new EAM. Sidi Rikri moved to the property from Rotana, where he was also an executive assistant manager.
Fikri comes from an F&B background, focused more on its operational side rather than culinary. In 2009, he was group operations officer for The SOULed OUT Group, a Malaysian restaurant and bar company. In 2011, he became director of operations and business development for Corriander Leaf Group in Singapore where he handed a 178-seat restaurant, along with a five-floor restaurant and bar building.
Staying in Singapore, he was later head of restaurants, bars and events for Pan Pacific Hotels Group where he led its flagship hotel with nine dining outlets and 24 meeting and banquet venues. Following a number of operational roles across Asia, he joined Rotana in 2018 as director of F&B in Qatar.
He next joined InterContinental in Egypt in the same position, followed by his most recent role as EAM for Rotana in Abu Dhabi.
