Chef Kaymaz started his career as Ala Carte Chef in 2008 with 14 years of experience working in renowned restaurants in Turkey as well as a hotel restaurant experience. His specialties are fish cuisines as well as preparing nutritious meals that are well balanced in taste and nutritional values.
