Nicolas Talon has been appointed as Executive Director of Food & Beverage at Atlantis Dubai
Nicolas Talon has been appointed executive director of F&B across Atlantis, The Palm and Atlantis The Royal. The global hospitality leader has 20 years of experience across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Throughout his career, he has worked with celebrity chefs like Akira Back, Richard Sandoval, Atul Kochhar and developed multiple F&B venues internationally.
Talon joins Atlantis Resorts from Mint Hospitality in Düsseldorf, Germany, where he was the founder and managing director, and alongside Centro Hotels Group, Hamburg, where he was the head of hospitality for the group.
He led the group's strategy planning, development, and execution, supporting all business initiatives in the hospitality, retail, and service industries. Before starting Mint Hospitality, Talon worked for many years for both public and private companies in the hospitality industry. His experience includes working in a wide range of fields, from niche luxury retail goods to high-end and trendy restaurants and bars.
Starting as F&B manager at Sodexho Prestige, London, Talon worked as a general manager for Hospitality & Co. and as group general manager at Al Futtaim Group, Dubai.
He holds a bachelor's degree in hospitality management from Lausanne Hospitality Management School and an MBA from HEC Paris. In his free time, Talon enjoys golfing and travelling. He is a foodie, and his favourite pastime is spending quality time with his family and friends.
