Abhishek Naidu has been appointed as Head Chef at Dubai Marriott Harbour Hotel & Suites
Chef Abhishek Naidu started his career in 2007 at Hotel Leela Kempinski Mumbai, he moved to the United Arab Emirates in 2008 working at Atlantis, The Palm and Hilton Ras al Khaimah, before joining Dubai Marriott Harbour Hotel & Suites in 2019 as executive Sous chef. He has been a key player in launching new menus and promotions, managing costs and implementing HACCP guidelines. He will bring his 16 years of experience to oversee the hotel's three restaurants.
