Erik Clavel has been appointed as Food & Beverage Director at Rixos Gulf Hotel Doha
Erik Clavel was recently in charge of F&B at Conrad in Punta de Mita Mexico, a breathtaking white-sand surfing hotspot on the tropical eastern coastline. Before that, he was in charge of F&B at the eco-chic Azulik retreat hotel in Tulum, also in Mexico, in the Mayan jungle with exotic tree house dining.
Earlier, he was F&B Director at the award-winning Shore Club, Turks & Caicos Islands, voted the most Instagrammable hotel in the world in 2022. That followed assignments working at the secluded One&Only Dubai The Palm and the Asian-inspired Banyan Tree Mayakoba, in the lush mangrove forests of Mexico.
