Sreenivasan Mohan is a qualified marine engineer with 28 years of experience in hotel engineering operations, maintenance, IT and retail infrastructure. He gained his experience working for luxury hotel chains such as Taj, Conrad, Hilton, Shangri-La and Park Hyatt in India, Qatar, the UAE, Maldives and Kenya.

Mohan was part of the pre-opening team for The WB Abu Dhabi, a Curio Collection Hotel by Hilton, and Hilton Pearl in Doha.

Throughout his career, he has overseen significant hotel pre-openings and special projects, such as the upgrade of the upper upscale hotels and handled multinational teams involved in safety audits, HR, engineering, and hygiene audits.
