Emanuele Saracino has been appointed as Executive Chef at Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel & Spa

Restaurants at Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel & Spa include Garden Café, Olio Trattoria Italia, Pepper Steakhouse, Mint Café and Tea Lounge. The hotel's executive chef is Emanuele Saracino who leads all these venues, along with banquets, the club lounge, room service and outside catering.

Before Kuwait, the Italian chef served as culinary director at Jeddah's Hotel Galleria by Elaf. Before that, he spent three years with Jumeirah as the executive chef of Jumeirah Emirates Towers in Dubai, at that time leading a brigade of 105 across a range of venues, outside catering functions and banqueting.

He also worked at Ritz-Carlton DIFC as executive sous chef in 2016 for two years, which at that time was his first post in the Middle East.
