Rushali Mahesh has been appointed as Staff Accomodation Manager at Park Inn by Radisson Dubai Motor City and Radisson Blu Hotel Dubai Media City
Radisson Hotel Group has named a dedicated cluster manager for welfare, training and staff accommodation. Rushali Mahesh's role, among other duties, will be to drive positive change and enhance staff accommodations for her two Dubai properties.
Mahesh is now cluster manager for welfare, training and accommodation across Park Inn by Radisson Dubai Motor City and Radisson Blu Hotel Dubai Media City. This means she will look after the needs of 235 staff members, ensuring an "open door culture" for all her colleagues.
Mahesh joined the Media City hotel as an intern in 2019, and made an HR coordinator seven months later for the Park Inn property.
