Ejaz Ahamed has been appointed as Entertainment Manager at Shimmers, Jumeirah Mina A’Salam
Ejaz Ahamed is taking on the role of DJ and entertainment manager at Shimmers on the Beach as it reopens for the winter season. Ahamed has been DJ at the venue since 2019.
The musically-minded Ahamed has a hospitality management degree. In 2010, he worked as the resident DJ and music curator of the now-closed Trilogy Club Dubai at Madinat Jumeirah.
From there, he worked with Sofitel Dubai The Palm as resident DJ from 2013 to 2014, followed by Pacha Ibiza in Dubai in the same role again. By 2016, he was resident DJ for The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai in JBR, holding the role for a year before joining At.Mosphere in the Burj Khalifa as resident DJ.
He went on to become resident DJ at Cielo Sky Lounge, followed by Roberto's in DIFC, before joining Shimmer's.
