Nila Suparmi has been appointed as Director of Human Resources at Hilton Ras Al Khaimah Beach Resort
Nila Suparmi has stepped in as HR director.
Before joining Hilton Ras Al Khaimah Beach Resort, Suparmi served as Director of Human Resources with several prestigious brands in Southeast Asia including Waldorf Astoria Maldives, Hilton Bali and IHG in Indonesia, where she focused on founding organisational cultures.
In her new role, Suparmi will continue to use her expertise and leadership skills to enhance the employee life cycle and HR functions including talent acquisition, engagement, development, performance, company policy, and legal compliance.
