Bob Frost has been appointed as SVP | People + Culture at PM Hotel Group

PM Hotel Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Bob Frost as Senior Vice President | People + Culture. Bob's role entails leading PM Hotel Group's human resources function and, envisioning and implementing innovative systems and initiatives that align with the company's strategic goals and foster it's core values.

His expertise will help PM Hotel Group streamline organizational processes and drive HR strategies to create great experiences for our teams. Bob will also help to uphold our diversity and inclusion goals making PM Hotel Group the preferred Hotel management company to work for.

Bob has dedicated his career to developing and supporting the most important asset of a successful organization: its people. He has broad experience in talent acquisition, workforce development, performance management, employee benefits and compensation, employee relations and more.

Most recently, Bob served as the Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer for Lerner Enterprises and the Washington Nationals Baseball Club. Prior to that Bob served in leadership roles in Human Resources with Starr Restaurant Group, Northwood Hospitality and Interstate Hotels & Resorts. Bob is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University.
