Niccolo Rossi has been promoted to Hotel Manager at Radisson Blu Hotel Dubai Deira Creek

Niccolo Rossi has been promoted at Radisson Blu Hotel Dubai Deira Creek, following former GM Jan Hanak's move to a regional position in the Radisson ranks.

Promoted from EAM, Rossi is now in charge of the hotel's 288 keys, 15 F&B outlets, wedding functions and meetings.

No stranger to Radisson, Rossi joined the company in 2009 as an Italian chef for a hotel in Libya. He later became Italian chef at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Kyiv, promoted up to executive chef at the property in 2011.

Staying in culinary, he became executive chef of the Radisson Blu Iveria Hotel in Tbilsi in 2014 and held the post until 2016, when he then became director of F&B.

Leaving food, he became director of operations at Park Inn by Radisson Pulkovskaya Hotel & Conference Centre in 2018 before stepping into the Dubai hotel world.
