Stéphane Poupinel has been named CEO at Beachcomber Hotels

With the announcement of the departure of Gilbert EspItalier-Noël after eight years at the head of Beachcomber Resorts & Hotels, Stéphane Poupinel has been appointed to succeed him as part of a smooth transition.The Board of Directors of New Mauritius Hotels Ltd (NMH), which operates under the Beachcomber Resorts & Hotels brand, took note, during a special meeting convened this Wednesday, October 19, 2022, of the departure of Gilbert EspItalier-Noël as Chief Group Executive Officer from June 30, 2023.

His succession will be ensured by the current Chief Officer - Real Estate & Construction and Managing Director of the Semaris Group, Stéphane Poupinel, who will take up his duties on July 1, 2023.

Since his arrival at the head of NMH, Gilbert EspItalier-Noël and his team have successfully modernized and transformed the Group despite the challenges linked to the Covid-19 pandemic. After his retirement as CEO, he will continue to sit on the Board of Directors.
