In her new role, she will be a driving force in the restaurant's shift from British-Indian offerings to purely contemporary Indian. A native of the country herself, she plans to honour the cuisine while still adapting it in a way to suit modern Dubai diners.

Having worked at the Ennismore property since September 2021, she brought more than decade of experience to the hotel. She started with Oberoi Group, later moving on to rival Leela Palaces as a pastry commis chef for two years.

By 2016, she was in Dubai, first as pastry complex demi chef de partie at the then-St. Regis in the Al Habtoor Complex. In 2017, she joined the ultra-exclusive Bulgari Hotel in Dubai as chef de partie, later moving on to sous chef chocolatier.

Her most recent role prior to 25hours was as a pastry chef with The Host within Dubai Design District.
