Neeraja Rahul has been appointed as Chief Engineer at Radisson RED Dubai Silicon Oasis
Neeraja Rahul has joined Radisson RED Dubai Silicon Oasis as chief engineer. In doing so, she becomes the first female chief engineer for the Radisson Hotel Group in the Middle East. Her appointment also takes the balance of RED Dubai leadership to a 60-40 female/male split.
Rahul joins Radisson RED Dubai from sister property, the Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Deira Creek and has six years of experience in the hospitality industry. She took her first hotelier steps as an engineering admin at the Radisson Blu. There, she oversaw most engineering aspects, and helped increase efficiency throughout the hotel.
Since 2020, Rahul has worked on projects to digitalise the usually more mechanical operational engineering tasks in her hotel. She successfully led the implementation of the HotelKit repairs tool, which transformed how the hotel executed daily maintenance and repair requests and improved communication between hotel departments.
