Olivier Ramos has been appointed as Director of Food & Beverage at Habtoor Grand Resort, Autograph Collection
Haboor Grand Resort, Autograph Collection has brought in a new F&B director. Olivier Ramos joins the Marriott property with years of hotel experience, having worked his way up first as a chef into progressively more managerial posts across the world.
Ramos has a strong background after working in several international hotel chains in France, Bermuda, USA, UK, Spain, Maldives, North Europe and UAE. He has had various roles including hotel manager, F&B director, corporate F&B director, and executive chef.
Prior to joining Habtoor Grand Resort, Ramos worked as the F&B director at Dukes The Palm Dubai. He has also worked as corporate director of F&B with Barcelo in Madrid and as its executive chef at Hotel Formentor before that. He also worked with Ritz-Carlton for four years, first in Barcelona as executive sous chef, before moving to Boston in the same role.
