Antionio Bitetto has been appointed as Chef de Cuisine at Splendido at The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai
The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai, has appointed a new chef de cuisine for Italian restaurant Splendido Social Bar & Kitchen.
Antonio Bitetto joins with more than 20 years of experience and is tasked with overseeing the culinary team of five chefs and enhancing the culinary experiences offered by the restaurant.
Bitetto has worked in England, France, Switzerland, Italy and the in hotels such as The Bulgari Resort, Dubai and the city's Grosvenor House - a Luxury Collection Hotel.
