Iryna Simanko has been named Food & Beverage Manager at Paramount Hotel Midtown
Paramount Hotel Midtown has hired Iryna Simanko as its F&B manager. A long-time restaurant manager in the city, in her new role, she handles five venues: Paparazzi, Pool Bar, Malibu Sky Lounge, Melrose Bar and Lounge, and L Café.
She brings more than 13 years of experience to the role, starting as a hostess with Hyatt Regency in her native Ukraine. By 2013, she came to Dubai for the first time, working with Crowne Plaza Dubai as its restaurant manager and wine expert for Oscar's Vine Society.
For a brief period in 2016, she was restaurant manager with Nikki Beach, later moving on to The H Dubai as bar manager for a year. For seven months in 2017, she was with Waldorf Astoria Palm Jumeirah as restaurant manager and wine expert at Social by Heinz Beck.
Next, she worked with Kempinksi Mall of the Emirates as assistant F&B manager before taking on the same role with Meydan Hotels & Hospitality for two years.
