Paco Morales has been named Executive Sous Chef at SLS Dubai Hotel & Residences
SLS Dubai Hotel & Residences continues to bolster its culinary team, bringing in a new executive sous chef working under Cláudio Cardoso. Francisco Paco Morales joins the towering hotel with 16 years of experience.
He worked as an executive chef at the Palocortado restaurants and the Blue Marlin Ibiza Sky Lounge, a five-star hotel in Spain, where he was instrumental in the successful opening and launch of two new restaurants. His experience continued to expand all the way to London, where he played a big role as head chef of sushi at Sushi Samba Covent Garden. He has also worked at restaurants such as L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon & Abantal, both recognised in top culinary guides.
