Gaetano Luciano has been appointed as Chef de Cuisine at Mare Mare, Jumeirah at Saadiyat Island Resort

Gaetano started his culinary journey in 2015 at the Taste of Italy by Heinz Beck working as a chef de partie in Dubai's Galleria Mall. He then moved up to kitchen manager at the popular Italian venue, Barilla, which was soon followed by his first role as sous chef at Larte Dubai. In terms of hotel kitchens, he was more recently head chef at Studio One from 2019.

Over the last year, he worked as chef de cuisine at the Marco Pierre White Steakhouse & Grill in Fairmont Bab Al Bahr, Abu Dhabi, overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant and the hotel's kitchens.
