Tiffany Pesek has been appointed as Senior Compliance and Data Privacy Officer at BirchStreet Systems
BirchStreet Systems, the market leader in P2P software for the hospitality industry, announces the appointment of Tiffany Pesek as Senior Compliance and Data Privacy Officer. Tiffany will be reporting to Raghu Rajah, Chief Technology Officer of BirchStreet.
Tiffany is a proven leader in the financial services industry building compliance, risk, and data privacy programs that enable companies to create innovative and scalable products in regulated environments.
Prior to joining BirchStreet, Tiffany was Vice President of Global Compliance and Data Privacy at First Performance also filling prior roles in leading customer success and international compliance. She has held senior roles at CDS Global and SpendSmart Payments.
The majority of Tiffany's experience is with startups and growth companies, US and international banking regulations, credit card, and ACH payment processing, PCI-DSS, and global privacy laws, including the GDPR, LGPD, and CCPA. She obtained BA in Communication and MBA in Business from the University of Iowa. Tiffany holds CIPP/E, CIPM, and FIP certifications through the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
