Kimberly Cochran has been appointed as Vice President and General Counsel at PROCON

Kimberly Cochran is PROCON's Vice President and General Counsel with 14 years of service at the company, offering extensive knowledge and experience in construction law and risk management. She uses her expertise to vet and tailor contracts, insurance requirements, and various legal issues. Having come to PROCON with a background in insurance risk management and claims, with a Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation, Kim is able to effectively evaluate proper insurance coverage for the company and their subcontractors. Since joining PROCON, her knowledge and experience related directly to bonding, construction, construction contracting, project development, design and engineering has rounded out her skills, giving her the ability to advise the company at all levels. Kim is admitted to practice law in New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
