Muneera Al Taher has been promoted to Vice President of Human Resources Operations and Emiratisation at Jumeirah Group
Jumeirah Group has appointed Muneera Al Taher as vice president of human resources operations and Emiratisation - group and corporate. She was previously senior HR and Emiratisation director.
In her new role, she will steer the implementation of the global HR strategy across all Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts. She will also be continuing her duties in overseeing the Emiratisation strategy for the group.
The UAE leadership has a vision to empower Emiratis across the semi-government and private sectors. Jumeirah's Al Taher pioneered the group's agenda for attracting attracting top talent, introducing new development programmes and supporting growth of Emirati employees.
Prior to this role, Al Taher worked as the director of human resources at Jumeirah Creekside Hotel, where she overaaw the performance culture and team development.
She has worked as an Emiratisation and learning and development manager in a corporate capacity since 2013.
