Giampaolo Scarfi has been appointed as Director of Restaurants and Bars at Hotel Indigo Dubai Downtown
Hotel Indigo Dubai Downtown has appointed a new director of restaurants and bars. Giampaolo Scarfi joins the IHG property from Wyndham.
Outside of handing the hotel's F&B outlets, Scarfi will focus on building strong relationships and acquiring new clientele to increase footfall in the property.
Prior to joining Hotel Indigo, Scarfi served as cluster F&B manager with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts in Dubai.
