Thomas Altieri-Leca has been appointed as Food & Beverage Director at The Ritz-Carlton, Doha
The Ritz-Carlton, Doha has appointed Thomas Altieri-Leca as food & beverage director.
Initially entering the hospitality industry in his native France, Altieri-Leca broadened his experience internationally when he joined the team at The Ritz-Carlton Grand Canal, Abu Dhabi. Here he honed his understanding of the brand, as well as the culture and high-end demands of the luxury industry.
Moving to Spain, he spent three years working at The Ritz-Carlton, Hotel Arts, Barcelona, as bars & restaurants manager. He then joined the team at The Ritz-Carlton, Doha from The St. Regis Bora Bora, where he held the position of F&B director.
Thomas Altieri-Leca is an alumnus of Ecole Superiere Internationale de Savignac – Class of 2012.
