Dhiraj Kumar has been promoted to Director of Food & Beverage at Fujairah Rotana Resort
Dhiraj Kumar has been promoted to director of F&B at Fujairah Rotana Resort and Spa, Al Aqah Beach, moving up from assistant.
In his new role, Kumar will be responsible for all food and beverage operations at the hotel. He will oversee Waves, Sharkeys, Tropicana, BarMuda, Al Falaj Lounge, Mozaique, Beach and the banquet operation.
Kumar holds a Degree in International Hospitality Management from Napier University, Scotland and a Diploma in Hotel & Catering Management from the Institute of advanced Management - The Hotel School, India. He has more than 14 years of experience in the industry and started working in hotels in 2009 at the Leonia Holistic Destination Hyderabad. He has since worked at Westin Hyderabad, Westin Delhi, Westin Abu Dhabi, Le Meridien Dubai, Sheraton Bahrain, Marriott Jaipur, YOLO Experiences Ghana, Salalah Rotana Oman, among other properties.
