Yvette Carreon has been promoted to Food & Beverage Operations Manager at SLS Dubai Hotel & Residences
With over 16 years of hospitality experience in F&B and event management in leading hotels, clubs, restaurants, and bars in Europe, Australia and the Middle East, Carreon brings her driven and proactive approach to her new challenging role. Overseeing banquet operations, the pool bar, breakfast, in-room dining, and the sophisticated café and patisserie EllaMia, she is set to bring her dynamic leadership and strategic approaches to SLS Dubai's F&B operations.
Joining SLS in February 2021 as hospitality manager, Carreon's tenure has been instrumental in the hotel's pre-opening preparations and has continued to play a successful role until today. Since joining, she has taken increasingly challenging roles within the organisation, including 360-degree responsibilities ranging from nightlife activations, menu development, cost and procurement procedures, to detailed event planning, building, and execution. Prior to joining SLS, Carreon worked in several luxury hospitality venues in the region, holding the title of outlet manager at Summersalt Beach Club in Jumeirah Al Naseem, and operations manager at Saadiyat Beach Club in Abu Dhabi.
