Rawail Muhammad has been appointed as Cluster Director of Talent and Culture at Fairmont Dubai
Fairmont Dubai, is pleased to announce the promotion of its Cluster Director of Talent and Culture, Rawail Muhammad, effective as of April 2023.
With over 14 years of progressive experience in Human Resources field, Rawail has previously worked with leading hotel brands. His career started in Dubai with Rotana Hotels & Resorts, then he became a member of Accor family in 2014 as the Complex Training and Quality Manager for Novotel & Adagio Abu Dhabi Al Bustan. The Fairmont family welcomed Rawail as Cluster Talent and Culture Manager in 2021 before promoting him to Cluster Director of Talent and Culture for Fairmont Dubai, Fairmont Ajman, and Fairmont Fujairah Beach Resort.
He has also implemented policies and rewarding programs that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion and has made sure that everyone at the company feels valued and respected, all of which have contributed to a noticeably higher level of employee satisfaction and productivity.
