Panos Loupasis has been promoted to MD for Turkey, the Middle East and Africa at Wyndham
Wyndham's long-time development vice president Panos Loupasis has been promoted. Previously VP development Middle East, Eurasia & Africa, Loupasis is now market managing director for Turkey, the Middle East and Africa. This new role puts him in charge of brand operations, business development, as well as owner relations and commercial leadership across the region.
Loupasis has played a key role in driving the company's expansion across the Middle East, Eurasia and Africa region. In the Middle East and Africa region alone, Wyndham has reached approximately 70 properties. In his expanded role, Loupasis will also be responsible for Türkiye, a key growth market for Wyndham with a portfolio of approximately 100 hotels across more than 40 cities, supported by Murat Özel, Wyndham's newly appointed country director of Turkey.
