Angela Aguilera Díaz has been appointed as Sous Chef at Hilton Ras Al Khaimah Beach Resort

Hilton Ras Al Khaimah Beach Resort has appointed Angela Aguilera Diaz as the new sous chef of Piaceri Da Gustare, the resort's Italian restaurant. Diaz has over a decade of culinary experience, having started her culinary journey in Mexico, where she trained at the prestigious Capri Riviera Cancun before honing her skills in the Dominican Republic, the United States and Europe, Doha, St. Vincent and the Grenadines.

She brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Piaceri Da Gustare, having worked her way across a broad range of luxury hospitality groups and proving her mettle. She has been associated with the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, Banyan Tree, and the Viceroy Hotel Group, among several others.
