Lauren Thompson has been promoted Controller at The Woodstock Inn & Resort
The Woodstock Inn & Resort announces the promotion of Lauren Thompson to controller. Thompson previously served as assistant controller when she joined the Woodstock Inn & Resort team in 2017.
In her new position, Thompson oversees and serves as the point person for financial, accounting, and banking responsibilities for the Woodstock Inn & Resort, including audits, purchasing, annual operating and capital budgeting, and tax preparation, among other fiduciary management. Thompson will join the Resort's leadership team in this new position.
Thompson is a Certified Plan Sponsor Professional (CPSP), a credential that certifies that Thompson has the knowledge needed to protect the organization from fiduciary risk and help secure their plan participants' retirement success. Thompson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business from the College of New Jersey.
